Our 2K (Double Shot) Molding process uses specialized IMM-01 and IMM-02 machines to mold two different materials in a single, seamless cycle. This allows us to create components that combine rigid structural strength with soft-touch comfort or functional contrast, all without secondary operations.
We operate a dedicated fleet of Vertical Injection Molding machines, engineered to deliver unmatched accuracy and repeatability. The vertical clamping system uses gravity-assisted insert placement, ensuring every insert stays perfectly aligned throughout the molding cycle — a must for automotive connectors and electronic housings.
